This is just a quick post to let you know that we’re once again looking for writers, and this time, at a substantially higher rate.

The new rate is based on the feedback you all left a few weeks back. Big thanks to everyone who took part!

From now on, post authors will be paid somewhere between $70 and $125 for their work, based on the quality of the post. We’ll be drifting away from the list posts that some of you are getting a little tired of, and start focusing on more in-depth tutorials and discussions (And when you do see list posts in future, you’ll find a lot more value in them. You’ll see what I mean come Thursday!).

The topics we’re interested in are getting the most out of WordPress (of course!), but also more general design theory, case studies of usability improvements, PHP and JavaScript tutorials, and just about anything else a web designer could find of interest!

And of course, authors still get full credit for their work with an avatar and bio with links at the end of each post.
