I don’t know. Some of those sites are reeeealy sketchy feeling. I have a hard time believing that any site that offers free art of copyrighted Disney characters can be 100% legit. If they are stealing from Disney, what other poor artists are they stealing from? There’s no credit to artists/designers on some of those sites. Seems shady.

I strongly agree with you that it’s worst for a designer to steal the copyrighted image from the site for their own design, but it’s not a big deal to get some ideas from the images on the internet, designer can be sometimes out of idea, so just take it as an inspiration for your design.
Designer who steals design from others will never well known on the internet, they’ll never become popular.
