Anyone following me on Twitter will already know this by now, but our big project, PliablePress, went live around 24 hours ago!

And it’s been great! It’s been crazy and I’ve been chasing things around everywhere and I meant to have this post published, well, 24 hours ago, but all of that aside, it’s been great.

We’ve had loads of great reactions to the designs, and even our first happy customers!

In this post I want to show you what we’ve done so far, share some videos of the framework in action, and offer you a discount if you want to become a customer!

This is just a quick post to let you know that we’re once again looking for writers, and this time, at a substantially higher rate.

The new rate is based on the feedback you all left a few weeks back. Big thanks to everyone who took part!

From now on, post authors will be paid somewhere between $70 and $125 for their work, based on the quality of the post. We’ll be drifting away from the list posts that some of you are getting a little tired of, and start focusing on more in-depth tutorials and discussions (And when you do see list posts in future, you’ll find a lot more value in them. You’ll see what I mean come Thursday!).

Two years ago today I published the first post on this blog, a short discussion on making a good first impression (Something I’d obviously been thinking a fair bit about for starting my first blog!)

Now 2 years, 7000 subscribers, 188 posts, and 5 and a half thousand comments later, here we are. This is design number 3, and I’d love to hear what you think!

I owe a big thank you to everyone who has left a comment here, emailed me, subscribed or interacted with the site in anyway. It’s been a great 2 years, and I’m looking forward to many more!
