This day last week, Walter of Web Designer Depot fame launched his newest venture; MightlyDeals.com. One week in, we’re going to take a look at the site so far and see what we make of it.

Mighty Deals is a site aimed at saving designers and other creatives a fortune on the tools and services they use every day. They offer one product at a time, at a massively discounted price (Around 50% so far), and each deal lasts only 24-48 hours.

B2Bbloggers.com is a B2B marketing site that features a lot of guest posts on B2B marketing, and highlights a lot of content from around the niche.

We’re going to take a look at the site’s design today, critique it, and work out how we could improve it. As we do hopefully you’ll learn to apply this same methodology to your own site.

We’ll be working through this design as a case study, redesigning each section along the way, so you get to see each item as we rework it, including the full before and after design.

As part of our feedback post, we promised to review one commenter’s site here on Pro Blog Design. Well, our winner was Liam J Moore, so we’ll be reviewing his site today.

Elegant Themes New Theme Options Page

Options pages are becoming a core part of WordPress themes, particularly in premium ones where the competitive edge it gives is an essential.

Back in June we looked over the state of theme options pages at the time and found a lot of good things were happening. They make working with themes much easier by removing the need to delve into any theme files or code.

Elegant Themes (Who we have reviewed before) are one of the top premium themes sites around and have just recreated their options page entirely.
