You should add Ad Serving Solutions http://www.adservingsolutions.com/ to the list. It is by far the best ad manager we have used. User friendly, feature package, scalable and has ability to serve ads to mobile, video, games, apps and more.

Hola, I use TheBestAdvertising plugin to do fancy stuff like place ads via keyword detection and by arriving queries.. or on specific categories, etc… working well.

Thanks for all the suggestions so far.

I’ve decided to go with DfP – DoubleClick for Publishers from Google. Maybe a bit complicated at first to learn, but so far it seems like a good choice.
